Processing Time

Because Velvet Bloom and other Sacred Bloom Health products are formulated and bottled by hand in small batches, please allow 3 for your order to be processed before it ships. During launches or high-demand periods, processing may take a bit longer — we'll always aim to communicate delays as soon as we're aware of them.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We currently ship within the United States via USPS.

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not from the order date, and are provided by the carrier — they are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping for orders over $50.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us right away at sacredbloomayurveda@gmail.com and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we carefully package every order to protect it in transit, we're not able to control carrier delays once a package leaves our hands. If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within a reasonable window past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at sacredbloomayurveda@gmail.com within 3 of the expected delivery date so we can help make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future."
